LAWN MAINTENANCE INFORMATION

FERTILIZATION PROGRAM : 
MILE-HI LAWNS, LLC.,  is offering a Fertilization package, we do 5 applications through the season, using top grade pellets, including 2 Aerations, (Spring & Fall).                       

AERATION:
Is standard lawn care, Aerating a lawn means supplying the soil with air, it reduces soil compaction and helps control thatch in lawns while helping water and fertilizer move into the root zone.

POWER RAKING: 
Is a great way to remove the dead debri and crust that builds up on a lawn over winter, it is also a gentle way to remove a small amount of thatch from the lawn without causing a significant damage.  We recommend Power Raking in the early Spring before new growth has begun.

SPRING CLEAN UP: 
We will clean up your entire lawn to make it look neat for the Spring. Tree pruning and shrub trimming can also be done at this time as well as gutter cleaning.

SPRINKLER SERVICES:
MILE-HI LAWNS, LLC., will start up your spinkler system by checking each individual zone to make sure all heads are working correctly.  Also we will set up the clock to your designated watering days. Parts and Labor are extra if repairs are needed.
